What I Do
As part of my fine dining service, I design bespoke menus for you and come to your home to finalise and cook them for when you and your guests are ready to dine.
Dining in your home has many advantages over restaurants. For example, you are in control of your own evening with only the guests you have invited present. You are not rushed, you choose exactly what you want for your own menu and you have the luxury of providing your own alcohol as opposed to expensive wine lists. More importantly, you are in control of me as your chef in your own home and I offer you a personalised service based on your terms.
All of my food is locally sourced from trusted suppliers, with an emphasis on Organic produce when available. I put great pride in my love of British food which is reflected in my ever-changing seasonal menus. But my menus can be adjusted to your needs if what you see you do not like.
