Since January 2007, I have been working closely with Mark Earnden of ExpoChef providing a healthy eating road show that aims to prove that food can be fun, easy, healthy and tasty.
The shows that Mark and I do are fun and energetic, and it has taken me into schools, communities and farmer’s markets teaching thousands of people the simplicity of good food.
